  About this role:
  
  Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Representative. The analyst will be supporting Prescreening and Underwriting groups (Multifamily Capital, Real Estate Securitization and Capital Markets) and providing the different items to the reviewer/onshore group according to the agreed quality.
  
  In this role, you will:
  
  Evaluate complicated financial performance of customer and guarantor based upon a range of aspects and figuring out a suitable risk rating, both qualitative and quantitative
